Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)

Due to rising costs of materials & goods, rising supplier MOQ's, worker costs and to continue to provide high quality & affordable crystals to our customers at a fast turnaround, at Crystal Clear Wholesale we have a low MOQ of $150 AUD for ALL purchase orders. Your cart will appear as 'invalid' until a value of $150 is accumulated.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, if we are waiting on payment to be processed and cleared in our account dispatch will be within 2 to 3 business days.

Depending on our stock levels, orders may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. If there are further delays we will contact you either by phone or email. If you need your order urgently, please contact us by Phone and let us know the required delivery date.

Australia Post shipping calculator on website is a guide only. You can track the status of your order via the tracking information provided. If your ordered items are not received, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. we can help check the delivery status with Australia Post. If no contact has been made within that time, we will assume your order has been received in full and order status will be marked as completed. Delivery Waiting Period: From 5 to 15 working days. Deliveries will be made using by Australia Post.

Signature on delivery option generally covers item under insurance for maximum value of $100 if you pay express we do select full coverage insurance on your goods and pay for them to be fully insured based on the value of your goods.

ALL parcels are sent with the signature on delivery option. Crystal Clear Wholesale will not be liable for any lost shipments or goods damaged during postage. We will provide you with a proof of items sent by sending you copies of shipping label and tracking number. Should you wish, you can take matter further directly with courier company.

Liability Disclaimer

Crystal Clear Wholesale assumes no liability for property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of any product sold.

Customers should be advised that crystals and stones are not recommended for small children without adult supervision. They should not be left with children as they can be sharp and appear as candy.

Products, Returns & Replacements

All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate; we try our best to ensure they as accurate as possible. No two polished items are the same and crystals due have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality.

Crystal Clear Wholesale does not refund or accept returns for change of mind, sale items / offers or discounted stock. We only refund or accept returns if a product is faulty. For any breakages, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. When signing for your delivery, please make sure you have the total amount of boxes and that they are in good condition. For any loss or damage you can contact the post company to submit a claim if you have paid for express we do pay to cover your goods with the shipping company. Please call us or email us before returning any items.

Note: your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return item (s) (return to sender).

Please note that any display items such as ring boxes and props that we use in the photos will not be included with your purchase.

Prices

All prices shown are in AUD and includes tax. All charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout. If there should be any additional delivery charges and if your order will require multiple boxes (multiple charges for shipping) we will notify you.

Payments

Payments can be made either by paypal or credit card. For internet funds transfer or bank direct deposit, contact us by phone or email to request bank account details if you don't have a tax invoice with our details displayed.
